Refund Policy

Returned products must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. 

To return, please email us at contact@thekosette.com with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization). All Sale items & Special offers are final sale.

Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. The Kosette is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns.
